The Mentoring Program Ensures Success
Our mentor program helps new graduate employees adjust from an academic environment to a work environment. All new college graduates hired by Vitesse are assigned a mentor who ensures that the needed training and support to become a valuable part of the Vitesse team is provided. The mentoring program has proven to be an extremely effective way for new graduate employees to receive the needed training in Vitesse technology to become a productive contributor, and to provide the technical and career guidance and support necessary to maximize the likelihood of career success at Vitesse.
