Vitesse University is a continuing education program that gives employees the opportunity to learn new skills that will maximize career success.

Mentor Program

New college graduates are teamed with a mentor during the first six months of employment in order to help ease graduates' transition from an academic to industrial environment, provide career guidance, and help maximize opportunities for success.

Referral Program

Vitesse welcomes – and rewards – employee referrals of talented people! You may receive a cash award for each referral who is hired.

Articles and Technical Papers

To encourage engineers to prepare articles and technical papers, Vitesse provides a monetary award for successfully presenting an article at a technical conference or publishing an article in a trade journal.

Patent Awards

Vitesse encourages innovation and welcomes its employees to participate in Vitesse's patent portfolio. Any idea that is new, useful, and not obvious is patentable, and Vitesse provides monetary awards for an employee's efforts at each of the three stages of the patent application process.
